The Dutch Bed & Breakfast Foundation strives to improve quality and thus promote the image of Bed & Breakfast accommodations in the Netherlands and aims to be beneficial or useful to the hospitality industry in the broadest sense of the word. The Foundation endeavours to achieve its goal by legal means by doing the following: * Developing and keeping a classification system of Bed & Breakfast accommodations in the Netherlands; * en effectuant des contrôles de qualité auprès des accommodations de Bed & Breakfast par un visiteur-mystère et des enquêtes de satisfaction qui vise le contentement total de la clientèle de Bed & Breakfast (questionnaires); * Stimulating Bed & Breakfast accommodations to improve their quality in the interests of the consumer and the hospitality industry itself; * Providing both national and international consumers with a clear overview of small-scale types of lodging accommodations available, so that these consumers can quickly and easily find a suitable Bed & Breakfast accommodation; * Providing all other means to promote and achieve the goal of the Foundation.
