We are not afraid to say when we are not the right match for your case. Our core service model is to provide consultants on an hourly rate. Typically we prefer to take on longer projects that provide a high and stable allocation. We believe this is the way to also maximize the value a customer gains from our joint collaboration, especially in data ventures. They tend to be more than a few month lasting project, as usually there is a long running effort of growing the overall data capabilities of the customer organization as a whole.
