DY Consulting LLC is an Educational Consultancy led by David Younce, a seasoned strategic leader with a rich background in educational and organizational leadership across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. With a commitment to student success, community engagement, and strong stakeholder relationships, David consistently leads others to enhance organizational effectiveness and accountability. David’s educational career includes service in the State of Illinois as a teacher, middle school assistant principal, and elementary school principal. In the State of Vermont, David served as a school superintendent, led the Vermont Superintendents Association as a Trustee and President, and was named Vermont Superintendent of the Year in 2021. David recently led a government contracting company based out of Washington, DC as Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officer, and Acting CEO, leading the company’s revenue, strategy, operations, HR, and finance teams in addition to supporting and supervising programs and employees providing school-based services with employees located in 38 states across the nation. DY Consulting LLC provides services and support to education-based and nonprofit organizations, with a focus on solving complex problems and bringing clarity to necessary courses of action.
