We chose our highlander cow, quite frankly for it’s amazing hairdo, and to reflect the beginning of a great tradition. Oakdale, is a longtime cattle ranching community known as the cowboy capitol of the world that is today part of a dying breed. At Dying Breed Brewing, we believe in keeping good traditions alive and paying homage to those that work hard at their craft.
