As of the 26th of April 2023, Dynamant is part of EPICO Group, who has acquired the majority of Dynamant. EPICO Group has a leading position in identification, qualification, and delivery of the right IT consultants for the state, municipal and business segments. The EPICO Group was founded in 2009 and leads the way for IT consultancy services in the Nordics and parts of Europe. EPICO Group is able to ensure high-quality delivery of resources within a wide range of IT consulting services. EPICO has an annual turnover of over DKK 750 million and has +600 consultants on contract. Dynamant is still a brand, and together with EPICO, we will capitalize on the gap in the market, we see within mainframe solutions. Furthermore, we will strengthen the pan-Scandinavian IT collaboration, which enables us to exchange customers, experiences, and other IT competencies, and meet the continuously rising demand for IT specialists, across the Øresund.
