We take pride in the fact we provide a holistic approach to supporting & empowering young people & families from some of the most disadvantaged communities. We are passionate about providing support which ensures each of our clients are given a safe space where we can help them to find their voice and use it to direct the changes they need to allow them to grow, learn to manage trauma and begin to make self-led positive decisions which are sustainable. We understand the importance of community growth which is why we support in schools, the family home and community spaces. We make it our mission to partner with other organisations and statutory services, ensuring we deliver dynamic support which evolves with the ever-changing climate of our clients needs. Work we currently deliver:: Supported Transitions Project- This project was created by our Director to support children who are likely to struggle to maintain mainstream educational placements from primary to secondary school. We deliver in-school sessions to children through the transitional process of year 6-7. The project has been developed in partnership with the Youth Partnership Service, allowing us to provide the children with an Access to Education Officer an Educational Psychologist and a Family Worker. In School 1-1 support (primary & secondary)- 1-1 support for young people struggling to maintain their school placements due to issues regarding access to education or family/environmental factors outside of school. Family centred support- Delivered within the family home or preferred meeting place to identify and manage issues which are limiting the family and empower them to recognise how to make positive change which is beneficial to the whole family unit. Specialised Knife crime support- Delivered through lived experience we provide 1-1 & family support to those who have been involved in or affected by knife crime. We also provide awareness assemblies and group sessions.
