Since 1968, Dynamic Heating and Piping has been operating as a mechanical contractor dedicated to serving the commercial, industrial, and institutional market sectors. Dynamic Heating and Piping has a long history of successful projects and satisfied customers as a mechanical contractor. As a minority-owned business, we are capable of meeting and exceeding expectations in a wide variety of projects. As President, Guillermo Rivera can draw on a background which includes over 23 years in the health care, institutional, educational, restaurant, and retail sectors of the construction industry. Our experienced staff also has the skillset to complete projects in any of those sectors. Our company represents a strong commitment to excellence in all things piping while embracing new technologies and markets. Our Cleanroom and Technology division is a natural extension of our Ultra High Purity Piping business. We are always looking for projects that are “a good fit” for our experience and skill sets and typically location and size are not a concern. We have completed several LEED certified projects and we are a member of the US Green Building Council. There are no short cuts in planning a successful project and our professional project management team will provide a plan and schedule for every project we do. We also recognize the need for a complete and well defined project closeout process that starts from day one. Our projects are not complete until every system has been commissioned, certified, and operating per the intended application. Our experienced service technicians provide on-site owner training and work with operating staff to insure smooth operation of newly installed components and systems. We provide complete full service for every project and system that we install.
