Dynamic Industries, Inc. was founded in 1985 as an offshore services company, specializing in interconnecting piping fabrication, associated pipe installation and commissioning and offshore maintenance services. Dynamic quickly grew to become one of the premier hook-up and commissioning contractors in the Gulf of Mexico. In 2007 Dynamic became a wholly owned subsidiary of DYNAMIC Energy Services International, (“DYNESI”), which was then acquired by one of the largest private equity firms in the US. Today DYNESI has grown into a full line energy service company through its four Strategic Business Units: US Fabrication One of the largest privately owned upstream and downstream modular fabricators in the US. Dynamic Construction Services One of the largest on-site construction companies to the Upstream industry in the US providing Hook-up, Commissioning, Maintenance, Electrical & Instrumentation, Automation, Fire & Safety, Pipe Fabrication, Equipment Skid Fabrication, Scaffolding and Coatings to the offshore US GoM and onshore unconventional market place. International One of the largest turnkey EPCIM (engineer, procure, construct, install & maintain) brownfield contractors in W. Africa with additional locations in the Caribbean Basin and (in 2014) Saudi Arabia. Accommodations A full line accommodations business providing engineering & construction of portable living quarters or single lifts, for sale or rent, offshore or onshore, shallow or deep water with a patented lightweight aluminum design for the deep water and blast rated market; and accommodation barges for the US and International markets. Through strategic acquisitions, capital investments in infrastructure, expansion and accumulation of physical facilities, DYNESI has emerged as a major force in the businesses in which it operates.
