Amanda and Maddie met while both were working for another mortgage brokerage. They both loved what they did and had a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and completing the loan process as seamlessly as possible. Amanda and Maddie found that they worked together so well, they were able to accomplish big things in mortgage and go above-and-beyond for their clients and do things others couldn’t. That passion grew into a desire to want to do more and continue to work together to create a mortgage brokerage that focused on family, community and top-notch customer service. This is the passion that led Maddie and Amanda to follow their dream and open Dynamic Mortgage Group. Amanda and Maddie truly are the “dynamic duo” and complement each other’s strengths, which shows in their ability to provide clients a fast, friendly and affordable mortgage! Amanda and Maddie take pride in making each client feel like they are a priority and family-because to them, they are! They work very closely with each client and make sure that they know where in the process their loan is at the whole time, so they are never in the dark. Communication, honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service are all important values Amanda and Maddie. They pride themselves on being available 24/7 and supporting their borrowers in any way they can! Even if a client chooses to go a different direction, Amanda and Maddie always make sure they still support that client and answer questions. Amanda and Maddie also make sure that they are up to date with educational courses including AML/BSA and making sure that they are always following the correct guidelines for their clients. Women owned and locally owned, they embrace these unique characteristics and use them the build the strong community foundation they have.
