Dynamic Support Solutions (DSS) is a professional finance and accounting consulting firm serving public schools and non-profit organizations. We are a team of advocates. Our collective experience runs the gamut from non-profit financial and operational senior leaders to teachers and school district leaders who are experts in public education at all levels. Most important, we are here to assess your finance and accounting needs and provide actionable solutions. DSS founder, Gene Zhu, has more than 18 years of experience serving financial operations for charter schools and non-profits. Prior to launching DSS, Gene was a Senior Director of Accounting and Finance for a large charter school network. In 2010, Gene started his own school business and finance consulting firm focused on those who educate students directly, provide auxiliary support services to improve education overall, or bring innovative opportunities to students in need. Today, DSS serves charter schools and non-profit organizations across Texas.
