About Dynamic Support WA

We are on a mission to empower young men with disabilities aged 13-25 to build the skills they need to reach their unique goals and aspirations through providing meaningful value and support. We do this through: Employment Support: Providing meaningful value and support in building and developing the skills to be able to find and maintain meaningful employment that young men enjoy and gain a sense of meaning and purpose from. Building Independence: Providing meaningful value and support in building and developing the skills to be able to build the skills to be able to be independent in their home and the community as much as they possibly can so they can go about day to day life without complete reliance on their support systems at all times. Social & Community: Providing meaningful value and support in building and developing the skills to be able to build the skills to be able to independently communicate with their peers and others in the community by building the foundational and fundamental social skills to be able to talk to other humans. The other side of this is finding a suitable social activity or activity of interest that they can attend at least once a week where they can participate in an activity they enjoy, around other people that have a similar interest in the activity. Free Resources: We provide free resources around the above areas for young men and families who don't have access to the NDIS but still want to work towards their unique goals and aspirations.
