We take care of company training for all soft skills in one integrated offer: planning, development and implementation. The trainings we offer are within following areas: √ Communication √ Management √ Sales & Marketing √ HR & People In addition to customized training, we also offer consulting and coaching. When we engage in a new project, it is important to us to prepare well before the training takes place, as this will enable us to gain insight on the client and how the learning architecture of the organization is structured. What we do as preparation can range from team or culture analyses, to qualitative interviews and on-site observations. This will help us to find out where improvements can be made and how they are to be achieved in a sustainable way. Dynamo has two strong pillars. First of all, a creative pillar with our game division on the forefront.
