Dynastar Ventures Inc. to Acquire Texas-based My Affordable Energy, LLC LOUISVILLE, KY, February 16, 2011 – Dynastar Ventures, Inc. (www.dynastarventures.com), a direct selling company focused on the sale of electricity and natural gas services to commercial and residential customers, today announces an agreement to acquire My Affordable Energy, LLC, a Texas-based direct selling company focused on selling energy services. On February 15, 2011, a subsidiary of Dynastar Ventures, Inc. (collectively “Dynastar”) entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) with My Affordable Energy, a limited liability company based in Houston, Texas. Under the terms of the Agreement, Dynastar will acquire much of the assets of My Affordable Energy under confidential terms. The acquisition will allow Dynastar to directly market and sell electricity services to consumers’ in Texas, Pennsylvania and New York. “The acquisition of My Affordable Energy’s business is the launch pad for Dynastar’s entry into the energy services business through our proven direct sales and operational infrastructure,” stated Josh Henderson, Chairman and CEO of Dynastar.
