As a property investment and management company, the Dynasty Homes Ltd team works round the clock to keep your properties in good rentable conditions thereby reducing void periods. We do the groundwork, so you don't have to. We take all the risk from our partner landlords so they can have peace of mind. Landlord rents and agent fees are guaranteed over the contracted period even when there are cases of void rooms/apartments. We achieve these by going into an agreement with landlords using a management agreement contract for their properties for an agreed period of 3 to 5 years or more guaranteeing consistent monthly rent payment throughout the period. We in turn rent out these apartments on a per room basis as HMOs over a minimum period of 6 months or as Serviced Apartments on a per night basis. We take responsibility for the management of the property, carrying out refurbs, minor maintenance and interior decoration on properties that require these with the landlords' approval and consent to do so at no cost to the landlords.
