Specializing in volume vapor degreasing, precision cleaning and cleanliness validation to ISO 16232/VDA 19 with analysis conducted in our own, state of the art ISO 5 level cleanroom utilizing an automated microscope that includes its own dedicated software system. We also offer deburring/burnishing services. Our primary industries served are the high end Automotive, Battery, Defense, Telecom, Deep Draw, Cosmetic, Spring and Screw Machine industries. Last year we celebrated our 30th year in business and continue to thrive because of local partnerships and customer service. We’re big enough to process your material quickly (2-3 days or less) but small enough to ensure you get the proper attention and service you deserve. We’re ISO 9001:2015 certified and ITAR registered. In August of 2021 we successfully integrated our ERP system into our QMS system which includes, unique order numbers, barcoded job travelers with work instructions, operator scans for enhanced traceability and cloud storage. We have a mature quality system and training protocol to properly handle even your most complex jobs. As evidence, in 2023 we processed 8,500 unique orders (over 1 billion parts) with no RMA's or corrective actions. A company-wide accomplishment that we are incredibly proud of and something that is only possible with process control, dedication to the customer and a team first mentality. I'm honored to lead a team of skilled and dedicated professionals who work with state-of-the-art equipment and solvent to clean and prepare metal components for secondary operations or final shipment. We have successfully handled complex and large-scale projects for some of the biggest manufacturing companies in Connecticut and beyond, delivering fast and reliable results.
