E² are an operational analysis and implementation consultancy. We deliver step change operational and financial performance. We work with our clients to analyse their businesses, design change/improvement programmes based on what we find and then implement those programmes fully. We firmly believe that for change to be sustainable it is necessary to work with our clients people on our clients processes and drive the right behaviours and enhance capabilities. We leverage on a range of capabilities during our analysis and implementations. These range from Lean and Six Sigma through to organisational effectiveness and design. Our capabilities are fully complementary and create a powerful suite of options to create maximum value to our clients. We describe that umbrella of capabilities as Operational Excellence. We have experience operating successfully across multiple sectors ranging from Energy & Utilities to Chemicals and Pharma to Aerospace and Defence.
