E-ssist Business Solutions was established in 2008 by Casey Dedekind with the purpose of offering a more customer focused sales and support platform for Sage Pastel products with specialisation in Sage 200 Evolution and Sage Intacct. Our focused attention on customer satisfaction, and knowledge of the Sage Pastel Evolution software elevated the company to Platinum Status, achieving a top 3 countrywide placing in the first 6 months of operation with continued top 3 placings in the years following. we have a dedicated staff compliment to assist on multiple levels of our customers requirements. We currently have in excess of 150 satisfied customers ranging from single user environments to 50+ user environments, all with varied financial requirements which we were able to meet through custom system development and meticulous implementations. We are currently Johannesburg based and are able to service customers countrywide as well as internationally both electronically via remote connection or onsite personal support.
