Personal development, training and business development consultancy firm founded in the rural villages of the Amathole District; Eastern Cape, that establishes strategic partnerships with public - private institutes in the efforts to sustainably foster economic development within the rural and semi - rural locations geologically situated within the district. Where over 80% of the population is residing in these neglected, under-developed regions; with lack of food security, lack of quality education and lack of communication channels; 70% of the population in the Eastern Cape is unemployed, with the unemployment rate amongst the youth being close to 74%; and if those figures were not scary enough, then imagine living under such mismanagement and still being ranked one the poorest provinces in the country of South Africa... we believe it is a shame to be governed on good policies, yet our very own still starve! We foster networks within these disadvantaged communities and survey the urgently required infrastructural support, training and development that is needed; specifically among the females, while creating local employment opportunities within their communities as to enhance sustainable livelihoods with the introduction of social infrastructures that are, currently, not being made available to them. As a firm, we advocate for them in ensuring that the resources and services utilised to maintain basic survival are distributed equally, as these are also human rights that they are being deprived of.
