We are family-run and owned and currently operate 11 care homes across the UK. We have a reputation for high quality, person centred, values-driven care with specialist dementia and Under 65's units opening throughout 2024 in response to our local community needs. Our purpose and values-led culture is embedded throughout our team, residents and loved ones, showcasing our values of being positive and light-hearted, creating relationships, being authentic and there for each other. Living these values each day is at the heart of everything we do. We prioritise, nurture and inspire those who choose to live with us through a varied and ever-changing wellness programme. We empower our residents to maintain independence and support community spirit, both within the home and in our local community. Let by our Wellbeing Leads, this wellbeing programme is designed to support existing hobbies and interests and to support you setting new goals and aspirations during your stay with us. We offer regular trips and outings to promote socialisation and improve physical and mental health and an inspiring range of entertainment in our home including pet therapy, musical shows and a gardening club. We are dedicated and passionate about working with older people and our entire team undergo regular extensive training in general and dementia care. We deliver values workshops to our trusted teams and offer industry-leading leadership training to our senior leadership teams.
