These testing tutors, and all other Eagle tutors, are not just held to high academic qualifications, however. All tutors must participate in a training program in which they must demonstrate the ability to convey their knowledge to students, while learning how to interact with students one-on-one. Despite the high standards placed on Eagle test tutors, they only receive a fraction of their pay until their individual students receive their official test scores. Then, Eagle tutors are compensated based on the students’ improvement. Eagle is the first learning center to offer a money-back guarantee.
