Who We Are Established in 2013, Eagle Rock Partners, LLC (“Eagle Rock”) is a global, privately-owned project management company providing owner’s representation services to manage the design and construction of complex projects for owners. Eagle Rock also provides advisory services to owners and investors for real estate strategies, delivery models and processes for major capital projects and programs. Eagle Rock is the culmination of Ken Loeber’s and Terry Rennaker’s 15+ years of working together. Together, we have delivered projects and services all over the world for various types of asset types and industries including Office, Institutional, Mission Critical, Health Care, Industrial, and Retail. Eagle Rock was formed by Ken Loeber in 2013 as a way to provide ongoing support to clients after his 26 years of service originating and running the global Project and Development Services businesses at the Trammell Crow Company and CBRE. In late 2016 Terry merged his successful project management business into Eagle Rock, reuniting a powerful team. In our past careers, we were fortunate to be senior leaders of the largest real estate services companies in the world. However, our senior leadership positions left us 3 to 4 layers away from our clients and the detailed execution of the work. This hurt our ability to deepen the value we could bring these clients, our friends, and frankly was not as fun as it is now. At Eagle Rock we are always directly involved in delivering value to every client. No more layers between us and the client. Direct connection and more enjoyment.
