About Eagles Wings China - COAT Foundation
Chinese Orphans Assistance Team (COAT) was established as a charitable organisation to assist orphaned / abandoned children in Henan province, central China. The organisation assists children, most of whom have a disability, to develop into fully functioning citizens of China providing them with education, a family home environment and carers to help support their special needs. Currently the organisation has sixty children in its care and employs 45 local Chinese staff. The charity is funded by individual sponsors who support a child or a member of staff through monthly or one off donations.
