Early Arrival is an advisory group founded by two entrepreneurial executives who saw that many brands wanted to enter and establish themselves in the US Market but were intimidated and overwhelmed. As people who have launched and scaled brands before, we use our expertise and network to help niche beauty and lifestyle brands understand the US market and consumer, define a distinctive brand position and grow. Kate Cutler (a former attorney) grew bkr from a prototype to an A-list wellness brand carried by celebs and tastemakers and distributed from a fast-growing website and in prestigious retailers. Mary Yack spent decades driving growth for companies like Clinique, LVMH and Jurlique leading creative strategies for omni-channel growth and aligning brands and retailers for success. Together we’ve developed brands at the most sought after doors including Sephora, Nordstrom, Anthropologie, Selfridges, Mecca, Galeries Lafayette and many more. We start by understanding a brand’s unique needs, goals and mission and work alongside the team to add value and map a plan for sustainable growth. While we excel at high level strategy, we also can dig-in and execute: refining your brand for the US market, opening and growing doors, tapping our network for resources and support, copywriting, merchandising, and anything else a growing brand needs to thrive.
