About Earth Tracker

Earth Tracker is based in Iceland. The Arctic is under the fastest climate change. The highest latitudes already demonstrate permafrost thawing, coastal erosion, and the shrinking of the sea ice. Arctic inhabitants and Indigenous People settlements are at the center for assessing impacts and identifying the long-term actions for responding to climate change. Earth Tracker provides companies, organizations, and NGOs with high-resolution climate data, risk assessment, mitigation scenarios, and resilience strategies. We want to grow a global awareness and understand the risks and societal impacts of climate change. We develop data access, and tools that measure climate change's effects on societies, economies, and ecosystems. We study a variety of domains ranging from the energy grid, transport and infrastructures, safety, health, biodiversity, and access to natural resources. Multidisciplinarity is at the core of our approach, generalizing Earth data use and access.
