About EARTHOUSE
Earthouse LLC was cofounded in 2018 by partners Timothy Pilla and Monica Stegall to restore, renovate, and showcase an underground residence in Springfield Missouri designed and built by local architect Dennis Spencer in 1981. Primary restoration and renovations were complete in July 2019 when ‘Earthouse’ was marketed as a short-term destination rental for the public to experience. Additionally, Earthouse plans to exhibit artwork throughout the light-filled gallery like spaces of the home and continues to seek artists interested to display their work in an intimate setting where people can “live with the art.”
