At East Carolina Skydiving, we're all thrill-seekers. And, as far as we're concerned, nothing beats the rush you get from throwing yourself out of a soaring plane 11,000 feet above the ground! If you're anything like us, after your first jump, you'll be hooked. Whether you're interested in just a tandem jump, or getting your USPA "A" license to jump solo, we are the only logical choice in Eastern North Carolina. Tandem skydiving is the safest and easiest way to experience your first jump! After climbing to 11,000 feet, you will exit the aircraft attached to one of our professional tandem instructors and experience free fall at 120 miles per hour followed by a 5 to 7 minute canopy ride. Your safety is our number one priority on your tandem skydive! We offer the United States Parachute Association’s integrated student program for training new jumpers. We have a full service rigging loft at east carolina skydiving. Let us know if you need a reserve repack or minor repair and we will get right on it! East Carolina Skydiving is an authorized dealer for Para-Gear, one of the worlds largest skydiving equipment suppliers. While we keep some items in stock such as altimeters, goggles, gloves, and helmets, we can order anything you could possibly need or want. We also try to keep used rigs on hand sized for the newly licensed jumper. Finding good used gear is a tough challenge for a new jumper! If we don’t have it, we will find it.
