About East Tennessee Personal Care Service
East Tennessee Personal Care Service is a support service agency fully licensed by the state of Tennessee. We have over 20 years experience providing personal support services to clients and their families. Our company is locally-owned and managed. Our commitment and focus is to provide quality yet affordable non-medical personal care services to adults, either on a temporary or long-term basis. Personal Care: Assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing, grooming and medication reminders. We provide assistance with ambulation, exercise and toileting. Homemaker Services: Our caregivers can assist you and your loved one with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry/ironing, and errands. Companionship: We can provide a caregiver to accompany clients to doctor appointments, activities such as worship service, club meeting or shopping trips, and also to participate in activities with the clients. Care Supervised by Nurses Our staff consists of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who have the appropriate skills to oversee the caregivers in our clients’ homes. These nurses also provide ongoing specialized training for our staff so that all personal care needs are being met. Our nurses are responsible for careplan updates when our client’s health status changes. It is also the responsiblility of our nurses to provide a safe and hazard free environment for our clients. Counties Served: Knox, Loudon, Blount, Roane, Anderson & Monroe Our Services are Available on an Acute or Long Term Basis, 7 Days A Week up to 24 Hours Per Day. Our promise to you to develop a customized plan of care for you or your loved one and, provide compassionate caregivers to meet those needs. Our plan of care provides for the special wishes and requests of our clients and their families. We aim to provide quality affordable personal Care Services to Adults in their residence, assisted living facility, nursing home or hospital.
