About Eastern Applied Research
Specializing in energy dispersive x-ray fluorescence technology (ED-XRF) since 1991, Eastern Applied Research Inc provides sales, service, and support of XRF Analyzers. Featuring new Hitachi XRF Analyzers for coating thickness, RoHS testing, and more. Service and support include on-site calibrations, evaluations, and repairs by our field staff. While our in-house standards laboratory (Accredited to ISO/IEC 17025) offers new reference standards manufacturing and certification services. XRF Sales include multiple analyzer lines to meet various needs: Hitachi High-Tech Elemental Analyzers: various systems provide precise and reliable results across a number of application fields. Common uses of the EA1000A-III and EA6000VX systems relate to hazardous substance screening (RoHS) and elemental analysis in laboratory settings. Coating Thickness Measurements by Hitachi High-Tech: The popular FT-110A offers innovative design features and provides high precision for basic coating measurement applications while the FT-150 was designed for ultra thin thickness measurements and is popular in semiconductor process control applications. Oxford Instruments Handheld XRF: The X-Met8000 series of handheld XRF analyzers achieves laboratory grade performance on-site. Common application fields include positive material identification (PMI), soil testing, mining related testing, and hazardous substance identification (RoHS, Prop-65).
