About Eastern Asphalt and Mixed Concrete Company
Eastern Asphalt and Mixed Concrete Co. W.L.L., also known as EAMCO was established as a partnership in the year 1976 between Abdul Aziz Mansoor Al-A’Ali and Ahmed Mansoor Al-A’Ali, to manufacture asphalt and construct roads and supply ready mixed concrete to contractors on the island. With the Middle East oil economies booming an urgent need was felt for fast-paced industrialization and housing. This again called for the building of modern infrastructure so as to contribute to the rapidly growing construction industry in Bahrain -Eastern Precast plant manufactures two main product lines – Hollow core slabs and Precast elements. Hollow core slabs have been a competitive alternative to cast-in-situ and has proven to be a practical choice for floor and roofing solutions worldwide. Its speed in manufacturing, light in weight resulting -Eastern Asphalt The company has German make electronically controlled asphalt producing plants. Attached to the plants is a full fledged quality control laboratory to carry out daily testing of both raw materials and finished products. All the products consistently meet the independent testing criteria of Bahrain’s Ministry of Works and Housing. -Eastern Ready Mix has automatic and computerized concrete batching plants of German make.The plants to date have produced over 8 Mill.cubic met of high quality concrete quality control laboratory attached to the plants ensures that all concrete produced matches with the specifications.
