Since 1984, Eastern Instruments has been engaged in the development of mass flow meters and flow control devices for both air flow and bulk solids flow. These devices have been utilized in a variety of processes across every industrial sector including the food, petrochemical, energy, construction and agricultural industries. Many of the 'legend' companies use EI's mass flow meters and mass flow measurement system, making brands that touch the lives of millions every day. Our solids flow products include a variety of flow measurement devices as well as feeders, fillers and density measurement devices. The CentriFlow line of solid-particle mass flow meters accurately measure a continuous flow of product for either batching or for continuous blending applications. If control of the flow is required, then use one of our feeders for more precise control of your process. Our air flow measurement product line includes the VAP3® Pitot which offers accurate air flow measurement in both clean air applications and in particulate-laden applications. VAP3® Pitots can be incorporated into spooled duct sections for easy installation or into the High Beta® Flow Conditioner for air flow measurement applications with virtually no straight duct runs.
