Welcome to the Eastern Multi-Academy Trust Linkedin profile. We are a vibrant Trust with both primary and secondary phase academies across the East of England. Our Trust helps us fulfil our desire of supporting high-quality education within the East of England. Our academies promote effective learning through inspirational teaching and challenging lessons, driving up academic standards and achievement rates well above national levels. The majority of our Academies joined us when they were Special Measures and this has been particularly recognised with strong Ofsted outcomes in the primary phase for Nelson Academy (“Special Measures” to “Good”) and Eastgate Academy (“Special Measures” to “Outstanding”). We have since had further success with Southery Academy and North Wootton Academy being rated as “Good”. The Academies within Eastern Multi-Academy Trust seeks to offer mutual support to one another, develop shared learning and understanding, collaborate to achieve better outcomes, recognise unique qualities and differences, be positive and aspirational, focus on the successes of individuals and develop a culture of healthy competition. Our values and vision are based on the four keywords, empower, motivate, achieve, and transform. We want to make a real and lasting difference to the communities within which we work – “transforming lives, transforming communities”.
