About Eastman Community Association
Eastman is a sustainable, intergenerational, recreational community that offers an active, four-season lifestyle. We were named a 2016 Best Intergenerational Community in the United States by MetLife Foundation/Generations United. Our 3,600-acre community is nestled into the pristine woodlands of the Upper Connecticut River Valley in the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee Region. We’re two hours north of Boston, three hours north of Hartford, CT, and minutes from Lake Sunapee, New London, Lebanon and Hanover. There is easy access to medical facilities, employment, educational opportunities and a multitude of cultural venues. We have a 345-acre lake with six beaches, a championship 18-hole golf course, 36k of cross country trails, a pool and fitness center, hiking trails, tennis and pickleball courts, an award-winning restaurant and much more.
