I have taken my 22 years of experience in the construction field, 16 years of licensed pest inspections, and InterNACHI training to build a business I am proud of and passionate about. Coupling all of that with today's technology and I am able to write a full report at each inspection so that you have your final report that same day. I specialize in home inspections for real estate transactions, pre listing inspections, home health check ups, and pest inspections (NPMA form included upon request). Each full home inspection also comes with a free pest inspection. I don't feel like my work is limited to just the day of the inspection either. Any client can call me 2 months to 2 years (not limited to) from the inspection to go over any portion of their inspection or to ask questions about any improvements we may have discussed that the client forgot about over that time. Sign on and lock me in as your inspector early on in your home search and you also have the ability to text me about homes you are looking at. You can text over pictures of concerns before even putting an offer in so that time and money aren't wasted on something you may want to walk away from. My two main goals with every inspection are that you feel comfortable with your next decision, and that you feel you know this home the very best that you can. And I hope at the very least I achieve those goals for each and every client I serve.
