Inspired to build and create a business that would give back to his hometown, Justin Fretz founded Easton Wine Project - Easton’s first urban winery. Easton Wine Project has handcrafted more than 24 different wines with ingredients sourced from Pennsylvania and New Jersey. All bottling materials are proudly purchased within the United States. Along with the production of its wines, Easton Wine Project’s Silk Mill location offers a tasting room and full service restaurant with a seasonal menu that not only highlights the freshest ingredients available during that time of year, but also incorporates locally sourced ingredients from farms and small businesses throughout the area. Guests can also enjoy a variety of PA craft beers on tap and cocktails featuring PA spirits. This location also provides 3400 square feet of event space for weddings, showers, and celebrations of all kinds. Also, look for Easton Wine Project's PA Wine Wagon throughout the area at local markets and festivals. The mobile wine bar serves up everyone's favorite wines, slushies, sangrias, mimosas, & more to the community and can even be rented for special events.
