Tooling analysis – taking your component, reviewing the finish and part properties are manufacturable both short term and long term. Volume analysis – looking at the manufacturing process that suits the volumes you require both daily and annually. Cosmetic analysis - we can present options to achieve the finish you and your customer require and the products necessary to achieve that in our paint facility. Our Coatings team focuses on “A” Finish coatings. Our facility is over 120,000 square feet with the ability to serve both small and large production volumes. We are able to support your team in procuring and providing a fully finished & assembled components. Our QA team has a robust quality management system and utilize the latest in 3D scanning to support both design and validation of manufactured components.
