About Eastside Vocational Services
Eastside Vocational Services' (EVS) mission is to advocate for worker recovery and promote return-to-work solutions that will result in a positive outcome for all involved. In addition, our team is also constantly working to prevent or reduce the risk of work disability through ergonomic intervention. EVS has served communities in Washington State and beyond since 2003, continuing to grow as a Vocational Firm and expand our reach along the way. Here at EVS, we have an internal team that specializes in working alongside employers to improve return-to-work processes, reduce lost time and decrease costs often associated with prolonged industrial injury claims. The Tandem team evaluates current processes and works with employers to redesign return-to-work; developing a custom process for your company and your employees. Creating an improved process that promotes recovery at work while reducing down time and establishing clarity and communication. Our employer-direct approach provides education for teams and management, improves company culture, and sets clear expectations around return-to-work following an industrial injury. Eastside is a team of hardworking professionals who combined, have many years of valuable experience in the Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling industry. Among us are Certified Rehabilitation Counselors (CRC), Certified Disability Management Specialists (CDMS), Certified Ergonomic Specialist (CEAS), PGAP Certified, as well as operational and administrative staff. Each vocational counselor with our firm is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), an international and statewide association directed by a board of professionals in the Vocational Rehabilitation field. Eastside Vocational Services has established eight firm operating locations across Washington State and look forward to more in the years to come!
