The right cartridges for their printers. Customers can enter the printer model when they place the order, and we’ll check that the cartridge ordered will fit their printer. If we send a cartridge that's wrong for the printer model given, we’ll pay the freight both ways to put it right. If the box has been opened and can’t be returned to stock, and it doesn’t match the printer model entered at checkout, then we’ll give a full refund. We want the buying process to be as easy as it can be. And we want our customers to have peace of mind when working with our company. 3. The best possible printer and cartridge support. Finding good printer support can be difficult, but we make it as easy as possible for our customers. Technicians answer the phone to resolve the annoying printer issues that everyone has sooner or later. Often problems can be fixed quickly over the phone. Sometimes a speedy cartridge replacement is required. Sometimes a printer part is needed. Due to the low price of printers these days sometimes the most cost effective solution is to put a new printer on overnight courier.
