About Eau Claire Cooperative Health Center
Cooperative Health is a non-profit, community health care system that offers primary health care services to families of the Midlands of South Carolina. For more than 30 years, we have been serving patients in Columbia, South Carolina and throughout Richland, Lexington, Fairfield, and Newberry counties. We provide high-quality care in the spirit of the Good Samaritan, caring for everyone in any way we can. Those who are insured, uninsured, or underinsured are welcome, and we offer assistance programs to help you get the care you deserve.
