At EB Academics, we are passionate about increasing student learning outcomes by partnering with schools and districts to empower educators with a rigorous and engaging ELA curriculum, ongoing professional development designed specifically for teachers, and connection in a supportive community of educators from across the globe. Founded by educators CEO Caitlin Mitchell and CCO Jessica Cannata, our mission is to help educators realize their full potential to inspire academic excellence in their students while maintaining the work-life balance that is needed for a fulfilling and successful teaching career. Our curriculum was crafted with the classroom teacher in mind and is designed to engage students, foster critical thinking, and promote comprehensive learning. Teachers will experience a variety of professional development opportunities, including on-demand and live webinars, that support educators in honing their teaching skills in an approachable and effective manner. At our core, we believe that teaching educators to batch plan their lessons in advance will do amazing things for their confidence in their instruction, mental health, and ultimately their relationships with their students. We provide teachers with interactive digital planning software, suggested scope and sequences, and PD focused on developing their batch planning skills.
