About ebb & flo nutrition

We are Carly Rodness & Laila Peterson-Tannis, two Certified Nutritional Practitioners and the co-founders of ebb & flo nutrition (@ebbandflonutrition). We aren't your average nutritionists. We help women break free from diet culture and society's expectations. We do this by guiding our clients through the principles of Intuitive Eating and gentle nutrition. Our program is virtual and community-based. It runs once a week for three months - each week is dedicated to different principles of Intuitive Eating along with nutritional education (without any of the diet culture BS). We also provide three one-on-one sessions to ensure each woman receives personalized coaching. We believe that the way to overcome diet culture is to create a network of women who can support each other through shared experiences and evidence-based education. Our goal is to help women regain trust with their bodies and have food be a source of enjoyment in their lives. Because life is too short to be dieting or living off a meal plan.
