Hi! I'm Erick, husband to my beautiful wife and father to my 2 amazing kiddos. I'm also an engineer turned career coach. Being the sole provider for my family, losing my job terrified me. So much, in fact, that I devoted every ounce of energy to my career, in the hopes of ensuring my employment. Every time management gave me a task, I would take it without regard of how much I already had on my plate. Every time I was mistreated, I would just endure it in silence.
