About EC Constructors

We are a local contractor working only in San Diego County. All of our employees live within the various communities of the county. We are a general contractor but we also self-perform concrete and framing for our projects and for select general contractors. ECC is a member of the Associated General Contractors of San Diego and we have an agreement to train apprentices (laborers, carpenters, and cement masons) through the State Approved Apprenticeship Program at AGC SD. As a relatively small general contracting firm, we firmly believe and encourage the use of small local subcontractors in the execution of all work.
