About ECC Partnership
The Experience Co-Creation Partnership (ECCP) is an education and consulting firm that specializes in the development and dissemination of the co-creation concepts originally developed by C.K. Prahalad and Venkat Ramaswamy at the University of Michigan's Ross Business School. Our main office is in Concord, MA (outside Boston) but our work frequently takes us to locations worldwide. ECCP’s President, Francis Gouillart is a highly sought-after speaker for conferences and well-known business author of several books and recent Harvard Business Review articles. We have seen firsthand how people who participate in our innovative workshops get the chance to co-create entirely new interactions and experiences with others in their business or industry community. Typically these people then go on to implement powerful innovations, creating win-win situations while increasing economic value. Our approach to strategy and transformation has successfully been utilized by both public sector clients and corporations in several different industries and we are presently working on pilot projects where we are using co-creation tools to guide the future of what should become vibrant, healthy new business ecosystems. In 2014, Francis Gouillart and several other angel investors founded Co-Creation Ventures and Stock Pot Malden. ECCP now collaborates with these organizations on co-creation projects focused on creatively expanding food entrepreneurship based out of an ethnically diverse community close to Boston. As of 2015, we have launched Heritage Truck Catering whose mission is to champion local farmers, fisherman and foragers, with a dedication to ethnic diversity and menus inspired by market fresh bounty and house-made ingredients. This catering-focused food truck (mobile kitchen) sources seasonal, sustainable, antibiotic-free ingredients, local whenever possible.
