About Eccel Technology
Eccel Technology Ltd, known also as IB Technology, are specialist designers and manufacturers of NFC/RFID products. We make a range of standard products that are easy to use by engineers who wish to embed RFID/NFC capability into their designs. Our devices are low energy, high performance, low cost and small footprint. Our support tools include a wealth of powerful free libraries such as : C libraries to enable designers to develop apps on Linux and embedded platforms; Java libraries for Linux applications; C# libraries for the easy creation of Windows interfaces; and an Arduino (C++) library to use with any of our B1 family members to connect them in minutes to Arduino compatible boards. The latter Arduino libraries enable very fast and powerful IoT device creation. To aid rapid design using our products and software libraries, we supply a wide range of low cost development/ evaluation tools. A major area of our business is providing custom products to exact requirements. We enter into flexible "partnerships" with customers. We are a product manufacturing/licensing company as opposed to a design consultancy company. So we look to provide design services at very low front end cost and then supply manufactured printed circuit board assemblies or licensed software to our customers in production. We profit only when our partner customers profit. Through long time links to partner manufacturers in Asia we complement our offering of reader/writer RFID modules with an extremely wide range of standard RFID transponder products (tags), as well as an extensive custom design and manufacturing capability for RFID tags. We sell our products worldwide via our online store at www.buyrfid.co.uk, and all of our datasheets and free libraries can be downloaded at www.ibtechnology.co.uk. In addition to our web store, our products are available worldwide via our major electronics distribution partners RS Components (Allied) and TME.
