In short, we take old real estate concepts and make them much better. We believe in developing multi-use developments and hotel properties that will stand the test of time. We make a higher than average investment in our buildings, which supports our commitment to architectural quality. Even with a higher than average cost of construction, our return on equity consistently exceeds that of the competition We believe real estate is a long-term investment, and we know that we must be comfortable owning any property for a long period. Our track record demonstrates that we are not a merchant developer who "flips" developments after completion. We believe in creating a true partnership with each community we develop in.
