Our VeroVision Mail ScreenerTM is the only desktop and mobile sensing system to safely screen mail and detect dangerous narcotics without digitizing. Using leading-edge hyperspectral imaging technology, our system allows you to swiftly interdict illicit drugs and cutting agents. The tech behind our tools: Powerful solutions in meaningful ways Hyperspectral imaging acquires many images at different wavelengths. VeroVision technology uses a unique short-wave infrared (SWIR) filter technology to control the wavelength of light that passes through the filter to the detector. It is able to penetrate envelopes, greeting cards, papers, stamps – even under crayons, inks, and pencils – to detect and presumptively identify dangerous drugs and reduce the burden on mail room inspection and reduce the subjectivity of other screening approaches.
