The unprecedented global spread of hospital-acquired infections has led to a serious threat to human health, economies and ecosystem services. Hospital-acquired infections (HAIs) and surgical wound infections (SSIs) are among the biggest challenges currently facing the public health sector worldwide. The era of globalization has fostered the migration of viruses to new continents, leading to a constant battle against the spread of disease. These infections lead to significant morbidity and mortality. This is putting tremendous pressure on healthcare systems, with direct and indirect costs rising at an alarming rate. Our support to the medical and commercial sectors by spreading the concept of microbiological safety aims to solve these problems through prevention, detection, surveillance and infection control. Our company conducted intensive research to introduce a professional system for automatic disinfection process, was fully aware of the risks and determined to improve the efficiency of disinfection technology. Thanks to the international cooperation of scientists and our knowledge transfer from the industrial lighting industry, we introduced the first automatic light disinfection system in Europe based on the innovative OCTA-UV Multisystem solution. OCTA-UV Multisystem - is a special system for chemical-free UV-C light disinfection, which provides fast and effective disinfection or sterilization . It consists three Emitters, which automatically calculate the effective dose of UV-C radiation and are driven by dedicated software. Our tool is the technological answer to the needs of healthcare facilities for disinfecting and sterilizing rooms.
