About EcoManka

EcoManka is a global collective dedicated to driving positive social and environmental impact by empowering youth and partnering with organizations to co-design innovative, sustainable solutions to real-world challenges. Through our immersive youth program and tailored advisory services, we equip young people with the skills to build resilient communities and lead impactful change. Our transformative 15-week youth program nurtures social-emotional skills, eco-awareness, and social innovation through playful, experiential learning. Participants develop leadership, emotional intelligence, and a profound connection to self, community, and nature, equipping them to drive sustainable projects that make a lasting difference. We collaborate with communities worldwide to adapt our program to local needs, culture, and values. As designers, trainers, and network builders, we help communities bring the program to life, creating pathways to sustainable development, social innovation, and well-being. In addition to our youth program, we offer tailored advisory services to organizations focused on youth development, including educational institutions, community programs, entrepreneurship hubs, and more. We partner with these groups to design impactful, sustainable programs, build strategic roadmaps, and cultivate networks that drive growth and community resilience. EcoManka is led by a diverse, value-driven group of designers, facilitators, educators, and network builders, all passionate about social innovation and youth empowerment. Our team also includes researchers and experts in fields such as sustainability, social-emotional learning, gamification, well-being, technology, and more.
