Our latest breakthrough innovation (patent pending) uses custom Geneva mechanism for transmissions, including • Homokinetic non-friction dependent IVT for IC/HEV • Multi-Speed Transmission with Uninterrupted Shifting for EV (MSTUS) We have developed designs for IVT with uniform input to output ratio, not dependent on friction, using custom non-circular gears (3 patents in US, 1 patent in Japan, Canada and China, 1 patent pending in India) and custom Geneva mechanism (patent pending in multiple countries). We have developed designs for MSTUS using custom non-circular gears as well as using custom Geneva mechanism (patent pending in multiple countries). We have designed and built miniature prototype (hand-held and for bicycle) for an IVT as Proof of Concept. We are working on prototypes for IVT for a tractor and handheld MSTUS prototype for EV. We are ready to license and/or work with transmission suppliers or OEM transmission product development engineers. We also provide Engineering Services in Design, and Optimization using FEA.
