Our services range from Geotechnical report reviews, land appraisals, standard and specialist foundation detailing, structural appraisals to Part A of the Building Regulations, Structural surveys and underpinning designs. We have the knowledge and software to assess and design to British Standards and Eurocodes in Masonry, Reinforced Concrete, Steel and Timber construction materials, with a specialism in reviewing and applying geotechnical issues to foundation designs and requirements relating to site specific issues. We have the experience and knowledge to help Developers with complex projects including issues with historic mining, brownfield sites and specialist foundation detailing to suit site specific issues. We have worked on projects of all scales from developments of 2 new homes to over a 1,000. We continue to learn and work with up and coming technologies in the industry and have been able to benefit our Clients with knowledge of the JCB PilingMaster and prefabricated housing construction using the Roofspace Solutions I-House system. We have helped develop the design processes to allow implementation into the housing sector and continued to work with Contractors and Developers to successfully implement these new construction methods into new-home construction. We have a passion to put our Clients requirements first and give our honest opinion on construction issues, which has lead to successful Client relationships being forged with a majority of our work focused in the North Midlands, East Midlands and the Northern Home Counties UK regions. Our organisation benefits from the legacy company Ecotech Consulting Engineers Ltd with the experienced specialist consultant Chris Madge.
